JUST SAY YES TO FRUITS & VEGETABLES
Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables (JSY) is a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) project dedicated to improving the health and nutritional status of low-income families in New York. JSY nutritionists teach workshops that provide clients with practical nutrition information in a way that is fun and easy to understand with interactive discussions and healthy recipe demonstrations.
Workshops take less than an hour and require at least 10 clients. For information about scheduling or other questions you may have, please contact the JSY Nutritionist in your area.
