On June 6th, Food Bank For New York City held in its annual donor appreciation event: Toast & Jam. The evening, generously hosted by the James Beard House, brought together over 100 of Food Bank’s supporters in recognition of a shared commitment to ending hunger in New York City. Chef Gabriel Kreuther – the newest member of Food Bank’s Culinary Council – wowed the guests with his modern take on French cuisine. With the unique layout of the James Beard House, guests were able to see Chef Kreuther and his team in action as they walked through the kitchen to enter the event.
